Bio
Vic joined Hovde Properties as a consultant and a broker in June 2010, working on development deals and commercial real estate sales and leasing. He is now a Senior Project Manager with emphasis on new developments including Ovation 309.
Before joining Hovde Properties, Vic spent two years with the State of Wisconsin selling surplus property, leasing space, and managing various RFPs. He has also worked as a consultant for several development firms in Madison and has brokered over $15,000,000 in real estate sales and invested in and manages a portfolio of residential income properties in Madison. Vic earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. He is a licensed real estate broker with the State of Wisconsin and a member of the Urban Land Institute. Vic has served on various boards and committees including: City of Madison’s Housing Committee and Parking and Transportation Commission, Downtown Madison Inc., the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Centro Hispano of Dane County. Vic is an avid fly fisherman, hiker and outdoorsman.
