Vic Gausepohl, a retail leasing and retail investment sales specialist, has 25 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker in San Diego County. Joining Colliers International in July 1994 (bringing with him four and one half years of successful real estate leasing and sales experience), Vic continues to excel in providing his clients with quality representation. Vic is involved in retail commercial developments from their conception, through their completion and final disposition.
Since Vic joined Colliers International, he has continued his success negotiating numerous sale and lease transactions involving retail property. In the years 1997 - 2010, Vic was one of the top retail brokers in the company nationwide. In 2010 and 2005, Vic was the Top Producer in the San Diego North County office; in 2006 - 2011 and 2013. Vic was in the Top 10 for San Diego County. Vic is on track to continue to complete numerous leases and sale transactions through 2014.
