Bio
I grew up in the real estate industry. I started at a young age assisting my father, Ron Stumpf, with a variety of tasks in his office and at his investment properties. I learned about real estate and how to run a business. My decision to start a career in real estate started when I studied economics in college. My studies tied into real estate from urban planning to the housing market crash. Soon after graduating from Fresno State, in 2011, I obtained by CA brokers license. I am thankful for working with my family. Our strengths complement each other well. My favorite part working at Stumpf and Company is taking a creative marketing approach for each listing. Selling and leasing real estate requires a great amount of creativity. I love how my job pushes me to learn every day. I frequently attend workshops and seminars to grow more as a professional and better serve my clients. Today, I teach my own workshop, the Downtown Investment Series (DIS), on investing in real estate and opening a business in downtown Fresno. I started an award-winning blog and social media profile called, That Fresno Blog. That Fresno Blog highlights what’s happening in Fresno, specifically the Downtown Fresno real estate market and community revitalization. Capturing the Fresno Area allows me to become more connected with investors, business owners, and community members. My specialty is the downtown Fresno commercial real estate market. I am the most-connected and knowledgeable broker when it comes to the market and revitalization efforts in downtown Fresno. My innovative marketing techniques and vision sets me apart from any other salesperson in the commercial real estate industry.
