Mrs. Nichols joined Samples Properties in 2015. She assists the Samples Team with tenant representation, marketing, and property tours. She brings with her over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She is a member of NALCOM (North Alabama Commercial) and was NALCOM President in 2006.
Prior to joining Samples, Mrs. Nichols worked at Concourse Group as an Associate Broker for 8 years specializing in Retail and Tenant Representation. She began her career in commercial real estate and obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2003 while working at Colliers International (formerly Colonial Properties Trust).
Mrs. Nichols holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Graphic Design from the University of North Alabama.
