Bio
Veronica Blum joined MPN in 2005 following her move from Los Angeles, by way of New York City. She specializes in the purchase, sale, and financing of multi-family and mixed-use investments, along with restaurant and retail leasing in Center City. With expertise as a landlord representative, and strong connections in the retail and restaurant sector, she launched and grew MPN’s retail leasing division. In addition to leading this team, she also serves as an active mentor to real estate agents across the city. Veronica prides herself on working creatively to develop and improve Philadelphia neighborhoods, with a focus on thoughtful commercial corridors in residential communities. Looking holistically at a neighborhood, she considers what niches need to be filled for the individual community, and then develops creative solutions to satisfy the gaps and solidify the neighborhood. During her time with MPN, Veronica has been passionate about partnering with restauranteurs to build the thriving Philadelphia restaurant scene. With a thorough understanding of the regional food culture and strong relationships with chefs and other restaurant industry professionals across the city, Veronica is the go-to agent for the purchase, sale, and leasing of restaurants and bars. In 2021, she was named among Philadelphia Business Journal’s Women of Distinction as well as a Costar Power Broker. Veronica is the mother of two young children and is an advocate for issues related to childhood health and wellness. She is a dedicated volunteer of Fred’s Footsteps, a regional nonprofit supporting hard-working families that are struggling due to costs associated with caring for critically ill or disabled children, and spent four years on the Board of the Friends of Ronald McDonald House.
