Vernell has 25 years experience in the accounting field. Vernell joined Commercial Properties in 2007, as a Finance and Accounting Assistant after working with a local CPA firm for 15 years. She is very knowledgeable in tax laws, generally accepted accounting principles, and the use of QuickBooks. She enjoys the upbeat and energetic environment at CPI and looks forward to the challenges her position offers.
She is responsible for critical financial functions such as managing CPI's commissions system, preparing corporate and partnership tax returns, reconciling bank accounts, helping their sales agents manage their business financial records, and working on other special projects related to the financial management of their company.
