In Vern Anderson’s 25 years of commercial real estate experience, he has focused on corporate services and exclusive tenant representation assignments ranging from Fortune 500 companies to successful local companies in the Carolinas region. He has expertise with diverse industries including telecommunications, high tech/data centers, finance/ insurance, environmental and governmental. Vern is active in all major office markets in North and South Carolina.
Prior to joining UGL Equis, Vern began his career with CB Richard Ellis where in 1990 he was among the "Top 5 Brokers," and the number 5 in the Southeast Region of CB Richard Ellis, while successfully concluding over 25 million dollars in transactions. He has been involved in transactions valued over $350 million of consideration and over 2 million square feet.
