Vaughan has a BSc in Urban Estate Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986. Prior to joining Caxtons, Vaughan spent more than 20 years dealing with all aspects of commercial property throughout Kent. Having initially helped establish Caxtons' Maidstone office, as commercial agency manager he is now responsible for the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property for a variety of private and corporate clients in Canterbury and east Kent.
