Vanessa Carrion joined Stream Realty Partners in 2019 and currently serves as a Vice President for Stream’s Washington, DC office. Vanessa’s primary focus is on tenant representation and working as a partner and resource on behalf of tenants in the search and negotiation of lease terms for corporate, special events/retail, and industrial spaces. Her other focuses include marketing and leasing of office properties and investment sales.
Prior to joining Stream, Vanessa worked for one of the region’s Top Five General Contractors as the lead Business Development Manager for Gilbane Building Company’s Corporate Interiors, Asset Repositioning, & Commercial Basebuilding groups, where she led all pursuits and focused directly on the strategic growth and development efforts for the firm’s tenant interiors office buildouts, capital improvements, and new construction of commercial office buildings portfolios.
