Vaneesa Peeters is a licensed real estate broker in California and Illinois. She has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry since she was a youngster having grown up with a grandfather who was a land developer in Iowa. Her history of involvement in the commercial real estate industry began while gaining valuable experience working for an architectural firm in San Francisco. As an office manager of a residential real estate company where she was in charge of marketing, accounting, support staff and property management. Shortly thereafter she obtained her real estate license in Illinois and started working with clients as their representative for the purchase or sale of commercial real estate. This background of hands-on experience and knowledge along with an impressive list of clients she’s represented, making her one of the more knowledgeable and capable agents in dual regions of the country.
Further enhancing Vaneesa’s ability to provide expert representation to her clients is her own background in business development as the former CEO of a corporate wellness company. This experience lends an additional element of exquisite service to clients by understanding the many facets business owners and investors are challenged with when making real estate decisions. Building personal relationships over three decades with people in far reaching corners of the world is an advantage whether clients are local or global.
