A native of Santa Fe, NM, Valerie has been with Phase One Realty Inc. for 18 years.
She is the In-House Accountant and handles all of the federal, state, banking and local compliance issues for the Company portfolio. Valerie is also a licensed Associate Broker and is involved in the asset and property management duties as well as the buying, selling and leasing of real estate.
