Tyler Stevens specializes in dispositions and acquisitions of mid-to-large size multifamily investment properties and land throughout Colorado with an emphasis in the Colorado Springs and Denver Metro area.
Mr. Stevens’ expertise includes marketing, underwriting, research and analysis as well as negotiations. His measured and thorough approach assists both Buyers and Sellers to evaluate options realistically and select the best outcome for their needs. Additionally, his understanding and knowledge of zoning regulations and development standards assists developers and investors to assess and evaluate properties and develop repositioning strategies for highest and best use.
Mr. Stevens was previously with Marcus & Millichap in Denver and, prior to that, Colliers International in Downtown Los Angeles where his focus was primarily on high-end private capital and institutional-sized multifamily investments throughout Southern California. Part of his advantage in the Colorado market is his ability to leverage his close relationships with California investors to broaden the pool of buyers and achieve the highest sales prices for his clients.
Having closed greater than $750 million in commercial transactions in his career, Mr. Stevens has represented several REIT’s, private investors, and developers in both California and Colorado.
