Based out of Panama City Beach, Florida, Tyler Southerland serves the real estate market in the Florida Panhandle, including Bay, Walton, Gulf, and Osceola counties. Licensed since 2017, Tyler quickly established himself in the top 1% of agents in Bay County by providing his clients with the highest quality of service. By acquiring investment properties, Tyler was able to build a rental portfolio worth over $1 million dollars by age 26. Due to his extensive background in residential, commercial, and investment real estate, Tyler works with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers and retirees to new and seasoned investors, veterans, and active military. As an owner of both short- and long-term rental properties, Tyler has ample experience acting as a property manager and has created several profitable revenue streams for himself and his family. Well-versed in construction, Tyler has owned a handyman business, in addition to his roles as a home design specialist and a creative acquisition specialist. When Tyler is not working, he and his wife, Elizabeth, enjoy spending their time relaxing and enjoying life. They enjoy volunteering with Lucky Puppy Rescue of Panama City and teaching others their knowledge in the real estate industry and how they have begun to create passive income to ultimately have financial freedom. Together, they own five rescue dogs: Kaluah, Brody, Nova, Pike, and Scooter. Tyler and Elizabeth feel blessed to raise their daughter, River, in such a beautiful city.
