Mr. Skelly joined The Loeffler Self-Storage Group in June of 2011. He has specialized exclusively on representing buyers and sellers of self-storage properties for eleven years and closed over $149 Million worth of storage properties. Closed transactions range from a $19,350,000 self-storage facility to an $800,000 facility.
Prior to joining LS-SG, Tyler worked at Marcus & Millichap out of their Roseville office. In his five years at Marcus he was a member of the National Self-Storage Advisory Group, won Rookie of the Year in 2007, and was nominated in 2008 for Investment Broker of the Year by Association of Commercial Real Estate.
Tyler was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. He attended Rio Americano High School. After graduating, Tyler attended Saint Mary’s in Moraga, CA where he obtained a B.S.E. in Business Administration while playing collegiate Rugby for the Gaels.
