Tyler Sheldon is a Managing Partner with ProEquity Asset Management.
ProEquity is a full-service commercial real estate services company that provides
single-point of contact service for owners of individual
or portfolio of properties, including asset management,
brokerage, development, property management,
construction management, financial modeling & reporting,
entitlement and development of exit strategies.
Mr. Sheldon is responsible for sourcing new business
opportunities, and managing a portfolio of industrial, office,
retail and other commercial properties combined with
developing strategies that create value for each asset.
He handles all aspects of managing and operating each
property.
Tyler’s real estate background includes owner/operator,
development, investment sales, and brokerage
experience. Most recently, at Union Property Capital,
Tyler focused on acquisitions, financial analysis, asset
and project management. UPC was the general partner
and developer of value-add San Francisco bay area
projects acquired through institutional fund vehicles. Tyler
performed the portfolio management and reporting to
these institutional and pension fund clients. His property
level responsibilities included asset management and
budget oversight combined with project renovation and
construction management. As part of the Investment
Service Group at Cassidy Turley BT Commercial, Tyler
provided services to institutional and private capital clients
in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties
throughout the Bay Area. Tyler began his career with
CBRE and Voit commercial brokerage in Los Angeles.
Education & Affiliations
Tyler graduated from the University of California, Berkeley
with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. His
professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute
(ULI) and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute
(CCIM).
