Tyler Martin joined TSB as an Associate in 2018, where he is responsible for managing client relationships, underwriting transactions, and overseeing the due diligence and marketing process for transactions nationwide. Now an Assistant Vice President, Mr. Martin has consulted on individual student housing sales, financing, and portfolio transactions, representing more than $2 billion in closed transaction volume.
Prior to TSB Capital Advisors, Mr. Martin worked for over three years as a marketing analyst and associate at a regional, boutique multi-family brokerage in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Martin is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in PA (RS335311).
