Bio
Tyler brings a unique skillset to Cushman & Wakefield having been involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry over the past 20 years. His commercial real estate journey began as a property manager in 2001 primarily serving owners of high turnover college housing properties and select shopping centers. As a licensed property manager and sales agent, he transitioned to sales with a focus on multi-family properties. In 2005 he and his wife moved to Boise where he began appraising commercial properties throughout Idaho, as well as eastern Oregon and Washington. In 2009 he achieved the prestigious MAI designation which is a mark of distinction for commercial real estate appraisers. For ten years he co-owned a successful appraisal business in Boise with a focus on market transactions and investment property underwriting. Tyler’s experience with a variety of commercial property types, ownership structures, cash flow analysis, and lease types provides his clients with perspective and insight. His focus on details, relationships, and market data analysis allows his clients to make informed decisions. Tyler is excited to leverage the World Class service and National Exposure of the Cushman & Wakefield corporate platform to benefit his clients. Tyler previously passed the Series 7 and 63 exams and worked as an investment advisor. When he is not working with clients Tyler can be found playing with his three kids, exploring Idaho’s backroads, coaching his son on the Boise Brave NICA team, or designing products on his 3-axis CNC machine.
