Ty Clarke, a shareholder of Kidder Mathews, specializes in industrial leasing and sales in the Port of Tacoma, Pierce County, and the Kent Valley. In addition, Ty earned recognition as a CoStar “Power Broker” in 2018 and 2021.
Since Ty started his brokerage career, he has been involved in 20 million square feet of real estate transaction with a total volume over $700 million. Prior to starting his brokerage career with Kidder Mathews, Ty engaged in client research projects throughout multiple markets including South Seattle and Pierce County, working with senior brokers in various Kidder Mathews offices
