Since joining Savills in 2012, Tucker Shade has represented corporate, industrial and retail tenants across their entire commercial real estate cycle. His specialties include lease negotiation, asset purchase/dispositions and sale-leasebacks of company-owned properties. As co-branch manager of the firm’s Raleigh office in North Carolina, Tucker oversees all of the national and multi-national clients with real estate spread throughout the United States and around the globe. He offers a wide range of consulting services that ensure his clients receive in-depth financial analyses and forecasting that align with their individual business goals. Over more than a decade of experience in the field, Tucker has honed his negotiating skills and market insight. He has worked with companies in the financial and professional services, industrial, technology, and nonprofit sectors, including Flextronics, T-Mobile, IntraHealth, FHI 360, Teledyne Scientific, North Carolina Farm Bureau, AIG, Allen Tate, Northwood Ravin, The Catholic Church, State Farm Mutual Insurance, Deutsche Bank, Interact, The Nature Conservancy, and True World Foods. His ability to understand his clients’ complex business aspirations helps him to develop innovative and effective real estate solutions that meet all of his clients’ objectives. Prior to joining the firm, Tucker was an associate vice president of the corporate services division at Tri Properties Inc., a boutique commercial real estate firm located in Durham, North Carolina.
