Troy has been a long-time resident of North Georgia. After a very successful career in the hospitality industry, Troy and his wife, Erica, began their exciting journey as real estate investors and property managers in 2008. Troy quickly fell in love with the business, deciding to become a licensed Realtor in 2018. He prides himself in developing genuine, quality relationships with his clients, keeping their needs at the front and center of everything he does. This client-centric approach has allowed Troy to quickly earn a solid reputation in the North Georgia market, an area that he is truly passionate about.
