Professional Experience
Troy MacDonald started his career with CB Richard Ellis in 2004 as part of one of the top industrial teams in the Bay Area specializing in landlord and tenant representation for industrial, office, and acreage in East Contra Costa and Solano Counties.
In 2007, Troy joined CBRE's Global Corporate Services (GCS) group working full time as a transaction manager with AT&T. During his time with AT&T, he has been involved in the completion of over 35 acquisition and disposition assignments totaling over 1 Million square feet. In addition to transaction support, Troy provides ongoing market information and strategy input to AT&T through his local broker contacts located throughout Northern California.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Troy worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and Touche in their ERS department. He was responsible for coordinating and managing several high profile engagements, including the external IT audit for the fifth largest energy company in the United States.
