Additionally, he has worked with numerous Startups through their growth phase and into maturity. Troy's leadership skills have been present from a young age through captaining his Pop Warner and High School football teams to State Championships and top 25 national rankings in the USA Today. Before the age of 18, Troy broke world records for his age group in powerlifting and was invited to represent the USA in the Powerlifting World Championship in Russia.
