Troy Ashworth has been involved in real estate since the age of twenty, when he bought his first multi-family property. He has been investing in real estate for the last decade and have bought and sold over 100 units.
Prior to becoming a full time agent, he was involved in marketing and sales sitting on the advisory board of a $200 Million+ international marketing firm. During this time, he became highly skilled at sales, marketing, negotiations, etc – skills that serve well as a Realtor.
Troy has owned a construction company, which gives him a unique incite that many agents do not have when it comes to the condition of homes, repairs, costs of repairs, as well as contacts to reputable, skilled subcontractors.
Having started and developed a successful investment firm, Troy has a great background for investors as he personally owns both residential and commercial investments. In other words, he does not just sell real estate, he believes in the industry, love the industry, and invest in the industry.
