Tristan Chart is a Sales Representative with CBRE’s National Investment Team (NIT). After spending 2 years with CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services’ (VAS) national office and industrial practice groups, Tristan joined NIT in 2017 with a focus on underwriting institutionally-owned office, industrial, retail and development assets across Canada. He now focuses primarily on advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of institutionally-owned investment properties in Toronto and major Canadian markets. Since 2017, Tristan has assisted in the execution of over $4 billion in sales and advisory transactions, and in 2019 was awarded the “Hutcheson National Top Team” award along with his teammates. Tristan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from McGill University, and is a designated Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
