Patricia "Trish" Walden joined Sperry Van Ness/Paradigm Commercial Real Estate Group as a Retail Specialist. Trish brings with her experience as a site acquisition and leasing agent working with neighborhood retail developers in Central Florida.
Trish began working within the Real Estate Industry more than 25 years ago. Her experience includes sales, management and finance. She was principal and president of a mortgage company that placed commercial and residential loans. She has many business contacts and was active in the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce. She was a past board member on the Florida Hospital Foundations Children's Circle of Care, FAMB (Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers), and various home owner associations.
Trish graduated from Edgewater High School and Rollins College where she has witnessed the expansive growth of Central Florida.
Today Trish is a life member of Psi Chi (National Collegiate Honor Society), a member of CFCAR (Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), appointed to the Leisure Services Advisory Committee for Seminole County, Advisory Board Member in Seminole County, a member of the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce and the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce, an Advanced Leader Bronze in the Toastmaster's International family and an active member of EWGA (Executive Women's Golf Association).
Trish expects to utilize her skills, knowledge, industry contacts and Sperry Van Ness Advisor network to aid clients in the sale, purchase and leasing of retail properties. She looks forward to working with you.
