Trip Ross began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 as a retail agent with Kessinger/Hunter & Company. With a growing interest in the development and investment components of the business, Trip accepted a role with LANE4 Property Group in 2007 where he became a vital member of the team. While at LANE4, Trip played an active role in the development and acquisition of several iconic projects including the 39Rainbow mixed-use development and the acquisition of the JC Nichols Neighborhood Centers from Highwoods Properties. Joining Fishman Commercial as a Vice President in 2012, Trip continued to focus on procuring opportunities for retailer clients and investors, such as Signet Jewelers, General Nutrition Centers, Guggenheim Partners, Blue Beacon International, Price Chopper, Enterprises Real Estate, and others. In 2015, Trip formed Cadence Commercial Real Estate along with Justin Kaufmann as a joint venture with Fishman Commercial to pursue userfocused development opportunities and acquisitions.
