Trey Miller joined Mill Creek in 2013 and serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions, responsible for oversight of due diligence and capital expenditures as part of the expanding Mill Creek Residential Acquisition portfolio. Mr. Miller works with the Mill Creek Managing Directors from coast to coast to develop and implement critical value-add programs, resulting in enhanced return on investment for our organization and joint venture partners, as well as ensuring an enhanced community experience for our residents.
During his 20+ year multifamily construction career, Mr. Miller has delivered more than 10,000 new and renovated apartment homes. He began working in the multifamily industry in 1997 for Intercapital Builders where he completed numerous new construction and renovation projects. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Miller worked with Greystar Investment Group to develop their acquisition strategy and amass a $2 billion dollar capital asset portfolio that was under construction across the nation. Prior to his tenure at Greystar, Mr. Miller worked with Chancellor Construction as a project manager focusing solely on new construction of both high density and garden style projects.
