Trevor’s responsibilities include negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews, co-ordinating the work of the professional services department and overseeing the administration of the office. Having worked at Crickmay for more than 30 years and being an RICS appointed Arbitrator, Independent Expert, and a Registered Valuer, Trevor certainly knows his stuff!
Architecture, Art Deco, music, and football are all passions of Trevor’s, as is his 1958 Morris Minor, and just about anything Alfa Romeo. Whenever time allows, Trevor also enjoys travelling around Europe, which normally involves tagging along behind his multilingual wife and gardening when he is let loose with the power tools.
