Trevor Dalling is the founder and CEO of Dalling & Dalling Real Estate Company in Mount Vernon, NY. As head broker of the firm, Trevor recruits and trains real estate agents in market competencies while upholding the highest level of industry standards.
Trevor specializes in the REO, short sale, foreclosure market, and provides support to his clients throughout the process from beginning to closing. Representing the seller, he demonstrates tactical knowledge in real estate market trends whereby he can facilitate transactions resulting in top dollar for clientele.
With over 25 years in the business, his accomplishments also include mortgage and financial expertise. He serves as a consultant in repairing credit history, raising FICO scores, calculating pre-qualifications, and obtaining pre-approval for mortgage applicants. He is credited with being a first-time home buyer specialist, cognizant of the assistance necessary for the completion of the financial process.
With a Bachelor's in Economics from Fordham University followed by an MBA in Finance, Trevor launched into a successful entrepreneurship that resulted in the perfect marriage between real estate and mortgage brokerage. Dalco Financial Services Inc. became the second company to boast Mr. Dalling as its President, servicing thousands of borrowers since its inception in 2002.
Outside his professional standing, Trevor is recognized as making stellar contributions to community activities. He is an avid representative for his church pantry, regularly donating his time and investing funds in local efforts to feed the hungry and homeless. He has been honored in this ministry by his willingness to serve as a dependable member of stewardship.
Trevor currently resides in Mount Vernon, NY with his wife of 22 years plus their two sons. When asked the secret of his phenomenal successes, he smiles cheerfully and responds, "Hard work, strategic planning and help from God."
