Prior to joining Lee and Associates – Newport Beach, Trevor worked as an investment sales agent with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he sourced, underwrote, and managed deals. In this role, he gained an extraordinary amount of market knowledge and expertise, primarily in the Orange County Multifamily sector.
