Over the course of his career, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from small startups to large corporations. He has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges that each client faces with broad expertise in site selection, lease negotiations, buyer/seller representation, acquisitions and dispositions.
Travis has an exceptional track record of providing seamless real estate solutions that secure optimal results for his clients. Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Travis was a founding member of a highly successful electric sign company in Nevada, allowing him a business owner perspective. Travis prioritizes the challenges and objectives of local and national companies and utilizes real estate to help reach their goals. Travis combines his deep real estate knowledge with innovative strategies and strong client relationships to deliver value-added services for each opportunity.
Prior to joining JLL, Travis served as a Vice President with CBRE Las Vegas, where he specialized in office sales and leasing.
