During the tour you and Travis will identify the positive and negative aspects of the house through the eyes of the Buyer and begin to develop a plan to build on the positive aspects.
He will then prepare your comparative market analysis (CMA) based on his initial tour of the home and research of comparable sales and your competition.
You and Travis will then meet again to review the CMA and to address any questions or concerns you may have.
When selecting a real estate professional to market your home, it is important to select someone you feel you can trust to give your home as much exposure to Buyers as possible and to bring you an offer that you consider fair and in a timely manner.
