Travis N. Boyd has been a commercial real estate advisor based in the Southern California area since 1995. Mr. Boyd and his partner, Alex Hayden, lead a team of 10 real estate professionals focused on Multi-Market Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services. He specializes in representing clients with diverse and complex real estate portfolios throughout North America and globally. He has successfully completed more than 2,000 transactions in 45 States and 8 countries on behalf of his clients. Mr. Boyd oversees all transaction management within the team. His extensive transactional experience and skill allows him to lead and manage complex build-to-suit, leasing, acquisition, and disposition assignments. Mr. Boyd’s ability to anticipate market conditions and aggressively execute transactions to leverage these conditions, has resulted in successful outcomes for clients all over the globe. A penchant for hard work along with a relentless commitment to accomplishing clients’ objectives with has enabled Mr. Boyd to become a valued partner to many companies. Mr. Boyd has been a 7-time recipient of Broker of the Year for The Irvine Company and a 4-time Equity Office and Spieker Properties Broker of the Year as well as Dealmaker of the Year for Kennedy-Wilson Properties. Mr. Boyd graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Mr. Boyd and his wife, Leslie, daughter Kate, and son Colin live in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Boyd was a four (4) year letterman on the UCLA baseball team and was drafted by the San Diego Padres Professional Baseball Club in 1993. Mr. Boyd is also a member of Big Canyon Country Club, a board member of Pretend City, a member of CoreNet Global, and the UCLA Alumni Association.
