Travis is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Carolinas offices of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. During the course of his career, he has completed in excess of $12 billion in commercial real estate transactions on a broad range of properties, including multi-housing, retail, office, industrial, hotels and land. The capitalizations have included construction financings, conventional permanent financings and bridge financing, with a particular focus on equity placement transactions.
Travis started at HFF in June 2005. Before that, he was the COO of a manufacturing company in the automotive industry.
