Tracy Glass began his commercial real estate career in 1982 upon his graduation from Arizona State University where his business degree had an emphasis in real estate. A specialist in the analysis, marketing, and sale of commercial and residential land his unique approach has consistently kept him in the top echelon of his industry. Noteworthy for his assistance in feasibility analysis as well as being a trusted adviser for the political process required for land entitlements throughout Maricopa County. In the 1990s and 2000s he was affiliated with Grubb & Ellis as well as Hogan and Associates, a boutique land brokerage firm in Scottsdale. He excelled consistently placing in the top 10% of each respective firm. Tracy has been active in Valley partnership, Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona,Executive Council of the Boys and Girls Club of Phoenix and the Phoenix 20/30 club. Tracy resides in Scottsdale with his wife and two children.
