Tracy Earnest, Senior Vice President of NAI NP Dodge, has over 14 years involvement in the commercial real estate industry. Tracy’s experience includes commercial sales and leasing along with a background in commercial property management. Her strong suit and primary focus is Retail sales and leasing.
Tracy’s interest in real estate began in 1993 as an assistant manager for a 230-unit apartment complex. In 1997, Tracy received her real estate license and began leasing, selling and managing commercial real estate with another firm in Omaha. Her commitment to commercial sales and leasing has decidedly become her “expertise.”
Tracy has an impeccable reputation developed by an exceptional work ethic, unrelenting energy and the ability to work well with others. She takes great pride in determining client needs, following through on all levels of service and ultimately getting her client the best possible deal.
