Tracy Dawn Wilson joined the firm in 2018 as an Associate specializing in retail landlord representation. Tracy focuses on working with owners in lease transactions for multi-tenant buildings and shopping centers throughout the Kansas City metro area. She manages the entire leasing process from prospecting, to lease negotiation and tenant move-in. Tracy works with both landlords and prospective tenants to create real estate solutions that benefit both parties. She is uniquely skilled at establishing and nurturing relationships with tenants through world-class service, while always protecting and advancing the landlord client’s interests.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Tracy served as a Vice President for CBRE. Her previous experience also includes representing two of the most notable and high-profile portfolios in Kansas City, where she was the Director of Office Leasing for Highwoods Properties/REIT, managing more than 1 million square feet of office space on the Country Club Plaza; and was Senior Leasing Representative for more than 2 million square feet at Corporate Woods.
