A second generation CRE expert, Tracy entered the business in 1982 as an Underwriter at the Ivor B. Clark office founded by his Father and has occupied every position in the firm. Tracy has practiced CRE financing at other top firms including GMAC Capital, MCB Finance, Frank S. Phillips Capital and other CRE financing firms. Tracy is an industry expert with 32 years of experience in all varieties of CRE and CRE financing practices. Tracy is a former Governor of the board, Washington Mortgage Bankers Association.
