Tracy Babcock is a native of Grand Island, Nebraska. She graduated from Grand Island Senior High and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
She obtained her real estate license in 1998 and has been a multi-million-dollar producer every year. Since 2008, she has consistently earned top honors for sales performance and exceptional quality service. Since 2010, she has ranked among the top four agents in Grand Island. She holds three designations, including the GRI (Graduate Realtor’s Institute), the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager).
Giving back to her community is very important to her. Over the years she has served on the boards of the GI Chamber of Commerce, St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, The Grand Island Board of REALTORS, the Goodwill Industries, Women’s Health Services, and the GI Noon Rotary Club. She has also served as a Trustee for the St. Francis Hospital Foundation, the YWCA Financial Advisory Committee, and the YWCA Nominating Committee. She currently serves on the Goodwill Industries Housing Corporation.
