Traci has been an agent since 2014 and joined the Kim & Lin Logan Team in 2016. What sets her apart from other agents is her extensive knowledge and local expertise in multiple locations – Lake Oconee, Lake Sinclair & Madison. It gives her the “one-up” to be able to give clients a full picture of the Lake Country and all in one Realtor. Traci was nominated as ROOKIE of the YEAR in 2014 by LCBOR and has been a part of the #1 Team in Sales at the Lake for 4 years. She is serving on the 2021 executive board as secretary on The Lake Country Board of Realtors and serves on the board for the Brittney Cares Foundation.
Before becoming a top real estate agent, Traci started her business career as a banker. She expressed that she loved the people, the sales environment, and the invaluable professional habits the banking world gave her but realized very quickly that she wanted to sell something she loved…the lake! So, Traci obtained her real estate license and got to it! She specializes in lakefront & gated golf communities. And, since Traci grew up here in Lake Country, she can educate clients on the rich history within the antebellum towns that surround both lakes.
