Tracey Craft is a Realtor®, applying more than 35 years of experience in business development, marketing and sales to help clients buy and sell real estate.
Tracey has lived in North Fulton for more than 40 years. She has owned and managed businesses as well as commercial and residential investment properties. Her passion is helping people increase their asset base and strengthen their financial position through real-estate acquisitions. Her goal is to consistently achieve the highest and best return for her clients.
Tracey practices both residential and commercial real estate. She holds the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) designation, and she is a member of the Atlanta Realtors Board. Tracey has served on the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has been an avid supporter of the Alpharetta Safety Foundation supporting the city's first responders. Tracey was a founding Board member of the Kings Ridge Christian School Parent Club, founding organizer of Women in Rotary and former Board member of the Rotary Club of North Fulton.
Tracey is recognized by the Atlanta Realtor's Board as a Top Producer, by Ansley as a Circle of Excellence member, and by Appen Media as Best of North Atlanta in the Realtor Team category.
Tracey has raised three children in Alpharetta, and currently resides in Downtown Alpharetta area.
