Trace Hobbs specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets with a focus on Utah. He exclusively represents owners across the country in the sale and purchase of commercial investment real estate. Trace started his career at Marcus & Millichap Salt Lake City in 2021. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Trace worked for a development company working as a Field Engineer and later as Project Manager. His experience on the construction side of developments allows him to provide his clients with a unique perspective.
Trace attended the University of Utah and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business. He was a member of the University of Utah’s football team. Trace is a California native; he enjoys playing sports during his free time and snowboarding during the winter months.
