Torrey graduated magna cum laude from George Washington University with a degree in macroeconomics and international relations. After graduating, Torrey worked at Federal Realty Investment (FRT REIT) before CDG where he has spent almost two decades. While at CDG, Torrey has overseen over $250,000,000 of development acquisitions/dispositions, financed and closed over $200,000,000 in loans, leased hundreds of thousands of square feet to multi-national, publicly traded companies.
