Tony Witt is a lifetime resident of Dayton where he has practiced commercial real estate exclusively since 1987. Tony focuses on representing tenants and landlords in the local market and throughout the U.S. with office space being the primary concentration.
Tony continues to be a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 1995 and was President of the State of Ohio Chapter in 2011. Tony also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has been a member since 1995.
