Tony Thur joined Willard Retail team in 2022, serving as a Leasing Associate with over four years of experience. He specializes in agency leasing, focusing on Landlord and Tenant representation in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He provides a client-centric approach and is involved in the entire deal process with comprehensive market research and analysis, thorough site selection, and deal negotiations to full-lease execution.
Throughout his career, he has experience representing some of the most prominent Real Estate Investment Trusts and privately held landlords leasing various retail shopping centers encompassing power centers, neighborhood centers, mixed-use centers, development pre-leasing, and strip centers. Additionally, he has partnered with national, regional, and local retailers helping to identify the best possible locations for sustained success and future growth.
He has enjoyed representing Combined Properties, Comstock Holding Companies, Kimco Realty, Darden Restaurants, Uncle Julio’s, Savage Burrito, M&T Bank, Goldfish Swim School, Altitude Trampoline, and D1 Fitness, among others.
Tony is a native of Annapolis, Maryland, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a real estate license in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
