Since 1987, Tony Sekulovski has helped investors create and preserve wealth through real estate advisory services. At The Sekulovski Group, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail properties, Mr. Sekulovski has closed deals on more than 13 million square feet of property, with over $3 billion in value. His professionalism, commitment to outstanding service, and history of maximizing value makes him a valuable member of his clients’ investment teams.
Prior to starting The Sekulovski Group, Mr. Sekulovski founded TS & Company, which specialized in the build to suit development of fast food restaurants. Focusing on the Midwest region of the United States, TS & Company developed over 60 fast food restaurants of various concepts including McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, Wendy’s and Arby’s.
After working in the Columbus, Ohio market at the beginning of his career, Mr. Sekulovski joined the national firm of Marcus & Millichap in 1999. In 2005, he was asked to help launch the new Chicago office of Marcus & Millichap by heading up the retail group. By 2006, Mr. Sekulovski was promoted to senior investment associate and achieved distinction as the top multi-tenant retail investment professional in the firm when he closed over $408 million worth of property in one year.
In 2007, Mr. Sekulovski moved to Phoenix to continue to expand his business in the Southwestern United States and to pursue more entrepreneurial opportunities in real estate, development and finance. Mr. Sekulovski is currently is President at The Sekulovski Group, which is redefining how brokerage is done. The Sekulovski Group is a real estate firm providing brokerage and advisory services .
Partnering with John Schottenstein, Mr. Sekulovski is also a principal in Zevulun, LLC, a Scottsdale, Arizona based real estate company whose goal is to acquire and develop successful investment opportunities for its investors and members.
Mr. Sekulovski is a graduate of Ohio State University where he earned a degree in International Business. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is involved with many organizations including the European Real Estate Investment Fund, which specializes in bringing European capital to the United States for real estate investment.
