Tony Georgiev serves as managing director of underwriting within the tri-state region for NKF Capital Markets. He oversees the development and implementation of the marketing campaigns and strategies of each advisory assignment.
Mr. Georgiev is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing program, market research, asset/portfolio positioning, and client reporting and financial analysis. His underwriting and creative marketing skills play a vital role for the successful execution of each transaction. His 11 years experience in loan, REO and investment sales within the New York, New Jersey market has afforded him great success. He has been involved in over $500 million of sales transactions to date.
Prior to joining NKF Capital Markets, Mr. Georgiev was a member of Helios Capital Advisors and Trammell Crow Company where he utilized his marketing and financial skills set on various local and national accounts. Mr. Georgiev holds a Master of Science degree from The University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, Sofia, Bulgaria and has successfully completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) curriculum.
