Tonney joined Sperry Van Ness Miller Commercial Real Estate after graduating from Gettysburg College and spending 15 years in Washington, D.C. as a marketing professional working for both for-profit and non-profit companies. As a native of Salisbury, Tonney has returned to his roots to explore his career as a real estate advisor bringing his keen eye for detail and creative perspective on client needs to commercial sales and leasing. Tonney is adept at building business relationships and driven by a desire to work with the community to develop local business opportunities to increase the awareness of Salisbury as Maryland’s Eastern Shore hub for development and growth.
