Before joining the Broccolini team, Toni spent 8 years at Avison Young in Toronto, specializing in office leasing and advisory services across Canada’s major markets. Toni was recognized by his peers and colleagues as a leader and top producer and became one of the youngest Principals in the history of the global firm, achieving the recognition in under 5 years.
Representing several multinational clients and some of Canada’s fastest growing companies, Toni completed over 350 lease transactions totaling over 3M square feet. In 2019, he was awarded the Developing Leader Award as part of the NAIOP Real Estate Excellence Awards. On the international level, in 2017 & 2018, he was a member of the Avison Young Global Emerging Leaders council. Toni has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Victoria and also represented Canada in rugby at the junior and senior level between 2005 and 2012.
