Toni has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 1999. Being in the business gives her the pleasure of working with many different companies in order to fulfill their office needs, ranging from 500 – 20,000 sq ft. It is gratifying for her to be able to help principals with this important aspect of their business. Having grown up in Manhattan, Toni is familiar with many neighborhoods. This helps her while looking for spaces that will suite a particular client. She has been partners at MCR with her father Peter Incorvaia for the past 14 years. The last 3 deals Toni has brokered have been for a Dentist, Talent Agency, and Cosmetic Packaging company.
